There is so much help (or is it helpful) available that I dont know what to trust. If others have started recently where did you get help and would you recommend it to me?

It is confusing, there are so many organisations providing varying degrees of support for businesses. Why not give us a call and we can provide you with a guide to all the help that is out there , free of charge.
